Email verification identifies invalid, risky, or disposable email addresses before they damage your sender reputation and deliverability rates. By cleaning your lists proactively, you can improve inbox placement, reduce bounce rates, and maintain a healthy sender score.
When to Use Each Method:
- Individual Verification: Real-time validation for signup forms, quick single-email checks, testing specific addresses
- Bulk Verification: List cleaning before campaigns, quarterly hygiene maintenance, processing large datasets
